Whether you’re planning a rustic, outdoor bash or a timeless fête with a neutral color scheme, we offer a variety of rentals to perfectly curate your celebration. We asked our team to share some of their favorite wedding rental picks to help you get inspired to design your dream event.

The Table Toppers

Searching for a classically chic feel for your event? Try out our Duchess China set. “The scallop edge is delicate and the gold adds an elevated effect,” says Adrian Carroll, Event Rental Consultant out of Boston, MA. “This set looks great under a tent or in a ballroom, and it is can be mixed and matched with other tabletop décor.”

Capri Flatware gives your tabletop a sleek and modern look,” recommends Key Account Manager Bryan Goggin. “It’s a great, affordable upgrade from traditional basic flatware and will transform your place settings.”

Looking to add a touch of charm to your tabletop? Try our Savannah Coupe Dinner Plate. “Pair it with our Rustico Grey Wood Charger for a coastal look, or use it as a charger or set plate paired with a Momenti Salad Plate for a country charm vibe,” says Kym Hurd, Key Account Manager out of Newport, RI.

Table linens can create the perfect canvas for your tabletop. “Our Ibiza Grey Linen is the best ‘non-white’ neutral linen and works with any venue,” says Hurd. Featuring an elegant, embossed pattern, Lacey Pearl White is a perfect option for those desiring a neutral tablescape but with an elevated touch. Says Inside Sales Manager in Woburn, MA, Barbara Ly, “This linen is a favorite of many and how can you not love the delicate beauty of this fabric! From the off-white color to the gorgeous detailed texture, Lacey Pearl can be used in a number of different event designs.”

And for those looking for a 'wow' factor, we suggest going with a bright and bold printed linen like our Bouquet Lapis or Bouquet Garden linen. “This linen feels so luxurious and are the perfect cocktail hour or statement linen to complement a neutral palette,” says Carroll. “It is fun and seasonally appropriate from the spring to the fall.”

With the re-emergence of linen-less tables and layered looks, table runners are an extremely popular table-topper. Runners, available in both standard and oversized options, can be used on specialty tables such as head, food and even dessert tables.

“Our new Ivory Gauze Runner adds texture, dimension and softness to your table,” says Hurd, “and can be paired with a wooden farm table or a coordinating linen to create a layered look.”

“Bring a soft, romantic feel to any tablescape with our oversized Metallic Gauze Runners,” says Allie Cashman, Key Account Manager based in Newport, RI. “These runners come in a variety of hues including pink, grey and teal, and add a subtle metallic touch that pairs with both silver or gold accents.”

An event rental the entire sales team agrees on: colored glassware and goblets. “A colored water glass is the best way to bring a pop to the table!” says Carroll. “Water glasses are one of the only items to stay on a table throughout the evening, so you definitely get your money’s worth. The Amber Fenton Goblet (but any of our colored glassware, really) is my fave.”

“Adding a colored goblet is an easy and inexpensive way to bring color depth into your place settings or bar setup,” adds Cashman. “Our vintage-inspired etched Rosalie Blue Goblet is my favorite. The dusty blue hue is perfect for a coastal celebration or more romantic vibes.”

“I love the Debutante Colored Glassware—the texture on them works with so many event styles,” says Inside Sales Manager Deanna Batherwich.

If you prefer a more neutral look, but still want to add interest to your settings, consider adding a clear texturized glass. “I love the additional touch of elegance and glamour our Fenton Clear Goblets add to any stylized tabletop,” says Jim Carr from our Boston Showroom.  You can mix our Clear Fenton Goblets with your favorite stemware to create an interesting, multi-textured look.”

For a contemporary feel try our Smoke Stemware. “I love how sleek this glassware is and how it can give any tablescape a more modern edge,” says Colby Radomski of the Marketing Team. “The Cut Double Old Fashioned Glass is my favorite of the set; the color and detailed etching has a sort of old-school, vintage feel that can pair with a variety of our rentals.”

Take a Seat

Want to give your event a glamorous feel? Check out our Halo Gold Chairs or Fanfare Chameleon Chairs. “Our Halo Gold Chairs instantly elevate any event, adding a gilded accent and touch of modernity to dining tables and even low cocktail tables,” says Carr. “For a real touch of opulence, try our Fanfare Chameleon Chairs (available in silver or gold). These chairs can be customized to fit your specific color scheme or theme with an array of colors and textures for cushions or custom-tailored covers.”

Keeping things au natural? Try our Natural Hourglass Chair. “This chair is the perfect twist on the classic chiavari chair,” says Ly. “I love its shape and how it can be used for an elevated rustic look or provide a neutral element to an event design.”

Whether you’re planning to seat your wedding party at a single head table or keep it small with a sweetheart setup, upgrading your seating can instantly transform the look of your table. “The Mod Boho Heritage Sofa can make your sweetheart table that much more special,” says Cashman.

Carving out a separate seating or lounge area is the perfect way to break up your event space and create a comfortable conversation nook for your guests. “My lounge is our new Thalia Sofa, which features a simple and streamlined shape as well as a soft, neutral color,” says Director of Marketing Kristen Rollins. “It’s a perfect base for executing a casual, cool vibe for a coastal- or bohemian-style party but also works with a modern and chic aesthetic when paired with the right accent pieces.”

Get Personal

When you think rentals, you might think the basics: tables, chairs, linens and tabletop décor. But the options are truly endless. Reinvent event essentials and use them to personalize or create interesting elements throughout your space.

“I love when couples customize an area to create a space that stands out, such as the bar where most guests congregate and mingle,” says Senior Account Manager Katie Cole. “Add a personalized touch with photos embedded in our Versa Bar, a meaningful song lyric imprinted on vinyl or a color or patterned linen to tie your look together.”

“You can also create a ‘wow’ moment when guests enter your space with Marquee Lighting,” adds Batherwich. “Use the Marquee Lighting to spell out names, special sayings or your even wedding hashtag!”

Want to create a stylish photo backdrop or escort card display, or do you need to break up your space or hide service areas? Opt for our Rustic Wood Walls or Hedges to create a clean and unique look. “Hedge walls are a great versatile piece that can be used both indoors or out,” suggests Batherwich.  “Hedge Walls make the perfect backdrop for an entrance sign, floral installation or photobooth section, and are great to use when you want to cover or hide a certain area or undesirable space.”

Tent Your Event

Now, more than ever, wedding reception tents are a practical and ideal venue option for social distance-friendly celebrations. The possibilities are essentially endless when it comes to tented spaces, which offer a “blank slate” for event design and layout. Whether your gathering is an intimate dinner for 10 or a celebration for 250, there are a variety of ways to customize your wedding tent and provide a unique al fresco-style experience for your guests.

"A tent provides our clients with a blank slate, offering countless options when it comes to introducing décor and design elements, which makes it great for creating a dream wedding space," says Tent Sales Consultant Ryan Leary.

“Allow yourself to think outside the box—literally," advises Tarryn Prosper, Senior Director of Tent Sales at PEAK. "Tents come in unique configurations and sizes such as with rounded ends and bump outs. A smaller guest count can allow for a unique configuration such as a collection of smaller round tents. Or, we can help create a customized installation at a meaningful location like a backyard at a family summer home, a beach, or other property.”
