24/7 Service

We understand that problems can arise at any moment regardless of the meticulous preparation that goes into an event.   We offer a 24/7 Answering Service that is able to connect you with our on-call team. Our process is simple: first, fix the problem, second, after the stress of the event has passed, we work with you to sort out the details of what went wrong.

Delivery & Return

Special event equipment can be delivered well in advance of an event to allow for proper setup, or can be delivered according to your specific venue requirements. Whenever possible we appreciate the largest delivery and pickup window you can accommodate.

Event Installation Services

Our Event Installation Specialists are responsible for coordinating and managing the successful installation of complex, multi-departmental, multi-vendor events. When requested, prior to the event, our team is brought into the planning process by your salesperson. We work closely with everyone to understand the scope of the project and your expectations. During the load-in phase of your event, we are on site and we coordinate our delivery teams, installation and styling teams and we manage to your production schedule and venue expectations. Our goal is flawless execution.


We maintain 8 showrooms across New England that offer you the opportunity to meet with a knowledgeable event rental consultant and select items to personalize your event. Although many of our showrooms are open to walk-ins, to be able to give you our undivided attention, we ask that you make an appointment in advance.

Styling & Design Support

Should you be looking for something more, our Reserve division offers not only unique, original and thoughtful new products but the ability to provide design and styling services to you. Reserve is continuing to develop a dynamic inventory of Lounges, Bars and Tables through collaboration with our colleagues and clients. We are constantly hunting for new things and dreaming up new designs. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we can build it or hunt for it for you.

Man on Premises

Once your tent structure has been installed, we can provide a qualified member of our team to remain on site during your event to handle anything tent related that may arise. This “Man on Premises” or “Tent MacGyver” is there for you throughout your event. Their tool box can help deal with general issues that result from inclement weather, power, heat or air conditioning, side wall additions or adjustments.



In accordance with religious observance, we offer clients the unique ability to request kosher product at an additional fee. We offer new for Kosher chinaware and Koshered flatware and cooking equipment. This process is overseen by the Vaad Harabonim of Massachusetts to ensure that all requirements are properly met.
