Tenting and Structures
Our tenting expertise is the foundation of what we do. We provide a wide range of solutions including sailcloth tents, frame tents, clearspan structures, and conservatories. Each option is selected and installed to meet the specific needs of your event, whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large scale production.
Event Rentals
We offer a complete inventory of event rentals including furniture, linens, tabletop, staging, lighting, and décor. Our curated collections are designed to work together, helping create cohesive environments that feel intentional, polished, and guest ready.

24/7 Support Line
We understand that problems can arise at any moment regardless of the meticulous preparation that goes into an event. We offer a 24/7 answering service that is able to connect you with our on-call team. Our process is simple: first, fix the problem, second, after the stress of the event has passed, we work with you to sort out the details of what went wrong.
Showrooms
We maintain seven showrooms across New England that offer you the opportunity to meet with a knowledgeable event rental consultant and select items to personalize your event. Although many of our showrooms are open to walk-ins, we ask that you please make an appointment in advance so that we are able to give you undivided attention.
Delivery & Pick Up
Special event equipment can be delivered well in advance of an event to allow for proper setup, or can be delivered according to your specific venue requirements. Whenever possible we appreciate the largest delivery and pickup window you can accommodate.
Customer Pick Up & Return
For customers with smaller orders and those who have the proper vehicle/team, we offer customer pick up and return at our Woburn, Warwick, Middletown and Saugerties locations. Please see our Locations page to find out available hours. Please note that some items are restricted for Customer Pick Up & Return due to a need for assembly or special handling. Your Event Rental Consultant can provide details and assist with any questions.
Event Installation Services
Our Event Installation Specialists are responsible for coordinating and managing the successful installation of complex, multi-departmental, multi-vendor events. When requested prior to the event, our team is brought into the planning process by your salesperson. We work closely with everyone to understand the scope of the project and your expectations. During the load-in phase of your event, we are on site and coordinate our delivery teams, installations and styling teams, and manage your production schedule and venue expectations.
Man on Premises
Once your tent structure has been installed we can provide a qualified member of our team to remain on site during your event to handle anything tent related that may arise. This “Man on Premises” (or “Tent MacGyver”, as we like to call them) is there for you throughout your event. Their tool box can help deal with general issues that result from inclement weather, power, heat, air conditioning, side wall additions, or adjustments.
