These different color combinations not only evoke the essence of traditional fall design but can also add a touch of the unexpected. “We as designers see a shift from muted color palettes, to palettes that are more saturated and focused on texture and seasonality,” says Leslie Lee of Leslie Lee Floral Design. “We encourage clients to embrace nature and what it’s doing, at the time of their event. [Another] great way to elevate your table scape is incorporating unique elements using seasonal fruits and vegetables (think figs, berries, artichokes, etc.), and vessels that complement the overall event aesthetic. Being bold and unique with color and design choices is always encouraged!”

Trying to incorporate these colors into your fall event while trying to steer away from the traditional red, orange, yellow color palette can be intimidating, but there are several ways you can do this.
